Borje pri Mlinšah is a settlement to the east of Izlake in the Zagorje ob Savi municipality in central Slovenia. Traditionally the area was part of Upper Carniola. It is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Zasavje statistical region.[2]
The local church is dedicated to Saint James (Slovene: Sveti Jakob) and belongs to the Kolovrat parish. It dates to the 16th century and is first mentioned in written documents dating to 1523.[3]
